How do I send a DMCA notice to Lafzora?

What must the notice include?
The Lafzora URL, a description of the copyrighted work, a statement that you own or are authorized to act on the right, a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized, your name and email, and a signature (typed is enough for email). Missing pieces delay action.

What if the wrong book is on the right URL?

Can a character name get a DMCA page?
No. Characters are not writers and do not get separate URLs. A claim about Salar Sikandar is answered on the Peer-e-Kamil work page, not on a fake writer URL.
How is this different from a pirate-site disclaimer?
