The publication date (تاریخ اشاعت or سنِ اشاعت) appears on the copyright page — usually the reverse of the title page. Some older books print it on the title page itself. In a PDF, search the first 10 pages for Hijri or Gregorian year numerals alongside اشاعت or طبع.
Are Hijri dates used in Urdu books?
