Complete means the work page treats the book as compiled, not that every title on the internet gets a /complete-namal/ clone. Short means a shorter compiled listing, not a missing chapter pack. Files stay on each novel URL.

What is status on Lafzora?
An attribute already stated on a work page: compiled or still in serials, short listing or long serial. It is not a second writer and not a second Urdu title. Complete-Namal is still Namal. Short-Paras is still Paras. The cheap URL is the novel, not this folder times every slug.
Which status hubs are live?
Complete Urdu novels and short Urdu novels. Latest and long hubs are map siblings that are not published here yet. Their absence is not a reason to dump every recency query onto complete.
Does complete mean every episode is on this URL?
No. Complete is a flag on the novel page. Episode numbers stay headings. Method: seasons and episodes. A host folder named “complete book” is still one work when the title page matches.
Where is the file?
On the matching novel page, when an authorized copy is attached. This class does not bundle complete packs. Where the file is.
Who can correct a status flag?
Anyone with title-page standing. Email contact@lafzora.com if a novel is marked complete while it is still compiling, or marked short with an invented word count. Process: rights and permissions.
Is latest the same as complete?
No. Latest is recency. Complete is compilation. A newly listed identity page can be complete. An old serial can still be compiling. Lafzora will not merge those queries onto this parent. When a latest hub is published, it will sit beside complete — not inside it.
What should I open after this page?
Open complete or short, then one novel. Confirm title plus writer. Use homepage search if you only have a fragment.
